I don't know about you guys, but I'm definitely going to choose to be offended.
He's wrong, but if you asked Sitake who was the better QB, he would go right in to coach speak and talk about how both players are really good, he may throw in a joking statement about how everyone at BYU is of course better than everyone at the U, but he would make sure people knew it was TIC. Troy Williams is a Senior and a decent QB, certainly better than the Utes last QB. Tanner was a back up last year and lost the battle to a subpar thrower. Last year, the adjusted QBR for Tanner and Troy was only 7 points different (and neither QB was the focal point of their team's offense). So there is an argument that can be made.

Like I said before, though you can make an argument, he is wrong. Tanner's QBR from his Freshman year was nearly 20 points better, and I believe that will be more reflective of his performance this year. Unless Troy somehow flourishes in the U's new offense, then it won't even be close. Tanner has more talent, a better arm, and more upside. I believe the biggest advantage we have over the Utes when comparing position groups is at QB.

I just comment because I feel like CB is so quick to judge anyone who doesn't wear blue goggles all the time.
