My unpopular opinion is that he shouldn't be on scholarship
I understand what a rare opportunity this is for him. I understand it's only 1 out of 85 allotted scholarships. I understand his family may not be able to financially support him as a walk-on. Plus other variables I haven't mentioned.
I think it's taking a scholarship away from a more deserving player. Probably an unpopular opinion and I'm okay with that.
