Personally, I believe the best chance is when the next round of tv negotiations happen. Not every school in every P5 is going to get $40 plus million. Technology will be such that it wil create an elite group that get paid and they won't take a pay cut to split evenly. I believe about 8 of 12 schools in each P5 will be subject to less money. As I've posted before, you better bring something of value to negotiate or you will subsidize the pay raise of the blue bloods in your conference.
