At this point, I don't think better talent will matter much. You have to teach

execution. Kalani and his staff aren't doing that. Look at Notre Dame. They were bad last year with the same talent. They get a new OC and are suddenly a lot better. UCLA, Tennessee, Florida, and a ton of other schools get better talent than BYU ever will and still suck. Why? One word, coaching.
