are people and they have social skills, well, some of them. Get them in a setting where you are having an extended conversation and they are actually flattered you care about games the coached in. I used to be a HS coach, so I had lots of settings where I could do that. Camps, recruiting, etc...
Now, walking up to a coach midseason at a fireside or grocery store, or church, and venting, that's lame, that's what Elvis did.
