How about we hire coaches who have significant D1 experience? I know, it's a
novel idea. You don't hire a guy with no experience into a manager's role and hope for the best. That's pure idiocy. That is what we did with Ty as our OC. We need proven, experienced coaches to get us out of this hole Kalani and co have dug us. This staff has had enough time and should be gone after this season.
