The change in discipline was so shocking to the players that they came very close in a closed door team vote to a having a total team walk-out on Urban in the spring of 2013. By spring of 2014 most of the players were talking about going undefeated. Urban performed a complete and total attitude and discipline transformation.

Urban is night and day from Sitake. It is hard to imagine 2 individuals that are further apart in their methods. Sitake is very much like McBride. Saban and Harbaugh are a whole lot closer to Urban than Sitake. Coincidence? I think not.
