name calling or saying you have a big nose or red hair isn't even on the radar. I'm tall and have giant feet, I couldn't care less if a student section spent an entire game pointing that out. As a matter of fact, I played harder when an opposing crowd taunted me and after a dunk or a big basket I would make it a point to give a little back to them just to get under their skin.

I guess my skin is just not that thin to be offended by simple name calling and I would be surprised if any of the USC players were either. President Ezra Taft Benson said in his April 1989 General Conference address, "Beware of Pride" that being easily offended is a form of pride.

I only watched the match on TV but I didn't get the sense that any of the USC players were bothered or offended. I'm sure if BYU administrators had felt like students crossed the line that they would have said or done something about it.
