1. see cinderelli's and bradleyd's post. Bravo to them for stepping up and explaining. It wasn't that offensive anyway.

2. You are complaining about someone being called "Ronald Weasley". Read the books. Ronald Weasley defeated Voldemort and destroyed a horcrux. Think outside the box, or should I say chamber of secrets. To be called that would be amusing to me as a player. "Really, that's the best you've got ... Ronald Wealsey. Give me a real insult". Are you expecting fans to be like southern bells? -- "I do declare, you gentleman from Californ..ya are mighty fine athletes. Best of luck to you in this marvelous sporting match."

3. I can see your point on number 3 here. It was rude. That was also less than a handful of people. Don't judge the group as a whole or throw everyone under the bus.

4. Offended over a banana? A banana, seriously. How is that offensive here or anywhere? Who cares if they think it's Halloween. It's a distraction isn't it? It might get in the heads of opposing players. First thing I think of is that they obviously didn't bring dates. How is it different than taking their shirts off and painting BYU on it? This point is a very dumb one, and you were really stretching on this one. *serious eye roll*

Please please step out of your bubble. Go to an opposing teams stadium/arena and watch the heckling. Go to a rivalry game outside Provo. Try a Jazz game. You'll hear far worse. On a scale of 1-10 with number 10 being a Raider/Charger game, BYU is a tame 2 or 3. You are requesting a -3 rating ... at a sporting event! A local example of taunting is USU fans yelling "Bull S@!#" to a call they disagree with. (personally I could care less what they yell) But I guarantee you that most of those yelling that are LDS. LDS is LDS not matter if they are enrolled at USU, BYU or USC. There is nothing wrong with Utah State, just some fans chose to behave that way. So what, why point fingers. Problems are never solved with accusations.

Conclusion: You get offended too easily and are a fool (paraphrasing Brigham Young). Lighten up. You have been bugging yourself over this for 3 days now and have wasted 3 days of your life being bitter and grumpy. I will guarantee you that all those USC players have forgotten BYU and are focusing on their next opponent. Go take a cold shower because they did after the game.
