Have "selective grit" and bail early when things don't feel right

Too often people hear that you should never quit and don't give up. I tell people the opposite when it comes to jobs. If something doesn't feel right and you hate it, bail early. Move on. Find something that you enjoy working hard at. That's the selective grit part of things. I could talk about that forever, but I won't.
