Don't get complacent in what you know and what you do
You should always be curious and eager to learn more. There is so much more to learn than what you were taught in school and what any school could teach you. Anytime you don't know how to do something, figure it out and fill that knowledge gap.

And don't get too comfortable with what you're doing. The longer you do something, the easier it gets, and the less you're learning. Do you really want to be doing the exact same thing for the next 20-30 years? Push yourself on a regular basis to take on more challenging duties and projects. Not necessarily for the sake of the company, but for your own sanity and to keep your mind sharp.
