Don’t forget NIL…

Have been touting this for many months but the amount of entrepreneurialism out of Utah county, as evidenced by Silicone Slopes, is another reason to buy BYU stock. Just compare what has already happened out of Provo compared to Utah or any other P12 school.

If I am Utah, low key, I am nervous. In addition to NIL, P12 is fading because the passion for football is dwindling. Go to a B12 game and compare it to even P12 best games and there is no comparison. Kids are heading to the Midwest and Southeast because that is the heart of football country. BYU heading East instead of West is a huge advantage and will eventually be a strategic advantage…all of course, imo.
