Easy is doing exactly what you've been doing. Change is hard. Cutting out sugars is hard. Eating vegetables and fruits requires planning ahead, planning meals, time to cook meals, buying the right foods, using them within a week of buying them, etc. Not easy at all. Losing the weight? Doable. But not easy. The hardest part for me is not going back to my old eating habits once I get the weight off. I LIKE eating the junk food. I don't have to do much planning. I like making junk food. It's easy food to make, and even if I screw it up it usually still tastes pretty good.
