I was at my heaviest at 270 and am now down to 245 in about 4 weeks. I was drinking 2-4 44oz dews a day. I cut that out completely and reduced as much processed sugar and crap carbs as possible. I still have cheat meals so it hasn't been miserable.
For exercise I started doing insanity, basketball, and running. I recently got a small tear in my calf muscle so I can't run or play ball but insanity doesn't bother it. I am trying to get down to 230 and do an Olympic distance tri this summer.
