him from all those mean players. IF Howell wants to progress in this business he needs to learn how to handle situations like this and discipline problem players or get them turned around. The fact that he got overwhelmed by it last year and lost control of the situation clearly shows he's not ready. He can still be a good position coach and he did do a nice job with the DB's back in 2012.
