I completely agree with you here. He wasn't ready, he needs to learn.

But, give the guy some credit. Bronco isn't "hiding" him at all. He took a demotion (don't get caught up titles here). He isn't running away because he failed. We've had other coaches with the opportunity to get demoted and stick around and learn how to be better. They didn't do it.
