I completely agree. Good points.

Bronco treats Howell like he's his little brother and he needs to look out for and always have his back. It's ridiculous. Even someone who is in business with family or a relative might have to fire the family member if they are incompetent. I don't know why Bronco refuses to cut ties with a clearly incompetent coach.
