from last year have not all been resolved.
I know there are many dead set on the idea that is was all Howell's fault last year. But, after listening to the former player interviews (Like Bryan kehl) I think leadership and bad apples was the biggest problems last year.
On the positive side, I think the bad apples are mostly gone. And I think Bronco is better at getting players to buy in. Howell had problems getting players to buy into what he was saying. But, he is not a bad coach. And he actually is a good X's and O's coach. If Bronco gets players to buy in, Howells will be a fine DB coach.
I still think the defense has a major leadership problem. And there are going to be malcontents again if somebody doesn't step into the leadership void.
