Substantiated by victims/witnesses using their real names and faces no less.
If the description of the policy is accurate then I hope that the whole structure and marriage of the title ix office and honor code office is re-examined. Unfortunately for BYU's reputation re: it's treatment of sexual abuse victims - the damage has been done and will be hard to undo.
Victims of sexual abuse deserve to feel safe and be heard. Empathy and charity are needed... not the addition of insult (and implication of Honor Code punishment) to injury. I feel sick =(
