I don't know why it's damaging it's a very real part of the discussion
Especially when not just HC infractions but criminal activity is involved.
I just don't think it's as clear as some of these threads make it out to be. There's a lot more debate that needs to happen about this but everyone seems to just be jumping on BYU for something they can't very well defend themselves about.
