This. it sounds like BYU needs to address this policy, but let's not jump to
conclusions. The HC office isn't the big bad bogeyman the Trib and others make it out to be. Victims aren't thrown out of school for breaking curfew. The HC office isn't looking to do things like that.

There are two sides to every story, and because BYU will respect privacy and not discuss HC cases, it means BYU can't fully share its side.

I do agree that given Westerberg's comments, BYU needs to look at changing how they handle rape accusations. But I'm also not willing to jump on the bandwagon vilifying BYU. There's more to the situation than we're getting.
