Was that figure included? Doctors pay those costs and it factors

Into the costs of healthcare. Not hard to understand. I was really asking the question. I don't believe that this insurance is a huge driver in costs but wondered if the research accounted for it versus just actual awards.

Overuse of the ER, prescription drug costs, long term acute illness, etc are much bigger factors
