being closed. I totally get you should get several years to make money on drug because you spent the money to develop it and we want to encourage that. But waiting to provide the "time release" version of a drug till the last quarter before your patent expires and now you get an entire new window is way out of control.

Also, we REALLY need to reduce the roll of the FDA. The time and the cost to bring new drugs is reprehensible. There is too much incentive for them to shoot down a drug and many people die waiting.
