I asked President Bateman about that in an email
He said that the plan was to build increased parking into future construction projects, like the underground parking with the JFSB. I haven't kept up with how they've done construction since I left to see if that is still the plan.
At the time I remember looking into the cost of a parking garage and it averaged something like $1000 per parking spot, with significant cost to maintain it.
