They do run a bus service, but I think it goes to key apartment areas and then drops off on campus.
The problem really is that a ton of students drive out of convenience to be able to sleep in or not have to walk home before going to a job. I believe they have even started to charge for parking in some areas and should probably consider increasing this as parking lots are a huge waste of money and they should encourage more people using the bus/walking to campus.
