Isn't there usually always parking available in certain areas like the stadium?
It seems like if you built a huge structure on one side of campus, you would still get people complaining about no parking on the other side of campus and a half empty parking structure.
It's been a while since I was a student at BYU so maybe I don't understand the parking situation correctly. I've always looked back to BYU parking fondly after my time at UCLA where most students that drive have to pay thousands of dollars for parking that is sometimes full.
