I have no problem with that. Saying, "MO," "stubborn"
and other things that get said about coaches imply that the writer is trying to figure out why the coach isn't getting better results and then attributing a character flaw to the coach to help it make sense to the writer. And there were many more character flaws attributed to the prior coaching staff.
I don't know how else to interpret, "I'm tired of his MO" than "I'm tired of him making bad decisions when he knows better." I can accept that isn't what you meant though.

2 play-in games and 2 NIT trips is not the best BYU has ever been. It's a bad run for Rose the last 5 years.
