cross fit or orange theory fitness? I feel like I need some structure. I'm fit-ish underneath the 15 extra lbs I'm
Carrying. The only thing I do currently is run. Maybe 2x per week in average. 4-5 miles each time.

Which type of structured program is better for losing weight and getting generally fit?
