Crossfit can be dangerous.
To be crossfit certified they typically spend a weekend learning about it. They don't seem to care nearly enough about proper form. Which is much of the battle. If you want a program athlean is good. But for your goals taking a couple weekly classes at your gym is a brilliant idea... add in some compound lifts and nutrition you'll lose that 15 lbs in no time.
