I'm not trying to stir anything up, but I generally spend roughly 75 minutes
on a muscle group each day. I'm no pro bodybuilder, but I've competed in Physique competitions and this just doesn't seem consistent with anything I have learned over the years.

I'm sure there is something to it, but maybe I just need to go watch and try a few before I become too contrarian.
