I absolutely hate cardio, so I use OT do my cardio
And general fitness routine. It's not a waste of time, it pretty awesome. More time is needed for weights though.

There are slots of ways to get fit. If you are disciplined on running, then all you really need is to lift heavy weights on the other days and rest. You will see results.

If your super cost driven, like most posters on this board, then get a workout app and do it on your own. It will be fine.

If you're like me, and you prefer to have a designed workout that wil get you entirely fit without any planning, then you will like OT.
