Cardio in and of itself just so little to change your body type. While it is necessary, weight training and diet is the real way to get the results you want.
Too many people do some form of cardio for 30-45 minutes then try and do some crunches or weight training for 15 minutes and then wonder why they don't see results...smh.
That is where my dislike for OTF comes from.
