Jeff Cavaliere, the guy behind athleanX is ridiculously knowledgeable and informative.
The 6 minute concept is not necessarily for one workout session but rather one targeted muscle group. So if you do 2 muscle groups from 6-10 minutes a piece and add in cardio than yeah you get your classic 30-45 minute workout.

His videos are very impressive.
