You can get pricing from any Doc for specific CPT codes/surgery or procedure. You then have to get pricing from Hospital and Anesthesia prior to surgery. This can already be done. You can call any lab and get pricing before the blood is drawn.

What you can't do is get a guarantee from anyone that your recovery will go the same, that intraoperative conditions may change the procedure or what is done during the procedure etc. It really much more complicated than anyone could imagine but even with the complicated issues you can already call any office and get pricing already.

The truth is your insurance sets the price for any preferred provider as it is. So that's a whole other element. But anyone that is willing to make a phone call can get that as well.
