Born in 1996 they cost approximately $1.25 million. I worked for American Express at the time and Insurance paid for everything.

They were a full-time job just making it to all their Healthcare appointments when little. They both participated in High School Varsity Athletics and graduated with peers passing all State exams. While neither can serve in the Military due to conditions from prematurity (one has a hearing loss and the other limited vision) both served Honorable Full time missions and one is planning to marry in the Temple this summer.

At birth their prognosis was extremely poor. (TTFS, Death, cerebral palsy etc.) I would work everyday of my life to pay to have them all over again. I am thankful for the US Medical establishment and the medical advances it continues to create.
