What I claimed is correct and within the context of my post and actually agrees
with what you just wrote.
My point is that if you want to know the physicians price, they have a fee schedule and they can give it to you.
If you want to know what is allowable under your insurance plan you can call them and get it.
But the claim was that there is one price which is then discounted by different insurers.
