...for developmental delay or a single febrile seizure. It's an incredibly expensive way to document nothing is wrong. And of those 100s of toddlers, zero have found resulted in a finding. There is a one in a million chance, but those typically have extra findings of change in gait/motor function/headaches etc. And they also typically will order an EEG, blood work, etc. I'm pretty sure for developmental delay most other countries wouldn't do this type of a workup.
