There is one price for each thing done.

But what treatment is given for your heart attack is not going to be the same as the next guys necessarily.

I’m treating 4 people with heart attacks today. One will be here 1 day without much being done, one is here for 3 Days with multiple diagnostic tests being done and getting 4 stents. One bill will be less than the other.

Therein lies the difference.
