I am not saying they "should be fired", I am saying that there should be nothing preventing principals (or districts)
from firing teachers who simply are not wanted at the district or school. If the district is tired of dealing with personality conflicts because of the teacher, I think they should be able to fire, even if they can't point to a specific job failure. Jobs should not be protected like that. It is perhaps my most conservative stance on any issue.
