In student loans to get her associates degree in criminal justice from an ITT Tech type of school.
She was the first college graduate in her family and was very proud of her accomplishment. She said she planned on continuing at that school to get her bachelors in criminal justice, at which time she anticipated having about $80k in student debt.
She didn’t have great work ethic or a good job, yet she was willingly burdening herself with an insane amount of debt to get a worthless degree.
Sadly, there are a LOT of people like her.
