Thanks for the clarification. I thought you were originally talking about the
deceased. I agree people need to grieve, if they need to. We do not have to grieve the same way. I’m fine if someone loses a loved one and thw hope or belief that the deceased is in a better place helps them throughout a part of that grieving process.

I don’t particularly care for that phrase when people use it as an attempt to console others who are grieving the loss of a loved one, etc.
