So much bad reasoning in here

If vaccines were 100% safe they wouldn’t need liability protection.

Tell ya what, show me the liability protection they have and we can discuss whether that implies vaccines are inherently unsafe.  Because virtually every human activity comes with a liability protection these days - that's just the reality of living in a litigious world, and if you abstained from using any product or doing any activity that came with a liability protection you could literally never leave the house.  You probably couldn't enter the house either, come to think of it.

There wouldn’t be a vaccine court.

This is so silly - having a system for handling disputes does not prove that anti-vaxxers claims have merits.

There would be studies on the metals contained in vaccines and the risk they pose in the blood stream.

Yeah, there actually have been.  People who make these arguments (and similar arguments) misunderstand, or deliberately ignore in the service of scare tactics, the fact that many substances in high dosage are poisonous but in smaller amounts are 100% benign.

I would still vaccinate my kids (its gambling) and still get a tetanus shot, but no way on the flu shot or any other shot. And that hpv vaccine shot they give teenagers not a chance in hades I would ever do that one. That one is way bad.

Your poor kids, and the poor people who might get infected by them. Influenza is no joke.  Cervical cancer is no joke.  Yeah, vaccinating is a gamble, one where the odds are like 10,000,00 to one in your favor. I get that some people have to do more research before they can decide whether they like those odds.
