BYU fans out there just not tail gaters. It’s just never been a thing at BYU. In other parts of the country it’s just part of the experience, it’s tradition, it’s built in as part of game day and has been for years, it’s just what they do. We’ve never really done it. It’s not been built up or established here. Even Utah’s tailgating doesn’t hold a candle to many other schools and they’ve been working to make it a thing for years now.

It would be fun to do it here. The school would really Need to promote it and then stick with it long term realizing it will take s little bit to get it going and build it to the point where it becomes a traditional part of the game day experience for many. Ways to make it fun for kids too.
