There are plenty of students who afford or sacrifice for a ROC pass.

That’s never been an issue. The cost is minimal and plenty of students pack the stands the first game or two of the year.

Cal game in 2018, UU in 2017 both were packed. Access isn’t an issue. And I disagree with the socialistic approach to boot.
