2 minutes of the PP, the penalty clock resets to 2 minutes. And if a subsequent goal is scored, the PP is over.

If the first goal of the PP is scored after the 2 minute mark of the PP, the PP is over.

So at most, a double minor can only result in 2 PP goals.
