Call was wrong, Vegas collapsed. It sucks, but that's how it is. I expect a new policy out of this. There is no reason at all it shouldn't be reviewed when you are throwing a player out. This is the league that will spend five minutes trying to figure out what goal tender interference is. No reason Toronto can't confirm or deny an expulsion.
