Look, I don’t have high standards but if the food is awful or if it takes them an hour to bring out my kids’ Mac and cheese or something, then I think it’s just fine. It’s the beauty of a free market system.

It’s not personal, it’s information and feedback. If an owner sees bad reviews because his waiters don’t fill up water frequently enough, then he/she should figure out how to improve that aspect of their service.
