at writing reviews. Just because you like eating out or watching movies or reading books does not at all mean you have anything useful to say about restaurants or movies or books. Most people can hardly string two sentences together and lack any of the experience or knowledge to have anything informative to say. Goodreads reviews are maybe the worst because those people have the most literary aspirations. Not saying I'm any better — I'm a bad writer too, but I like to think I'm aware of it.
