Especially people who mention personal problems, like "I had a hip replacement

3 weeks before, and I was having pain because I forgot to take my medicines, and they took 15 minutes to seat us!!! Never going back again!!!" Stupid reviews like that don't give me any useful information. If anything, it makes me sympathetic towards the restaurant.
