since it was almost entirely self-funded, it simply lacks the capacity to provide the kind of prompt service people have come to expect from large chain restaurants. I figure that people should be smart enough to understand that and schedule their evening appropriately.
When I go to a hole in the wall place in SLC, like Pretty Bird, I understand that I'm probably going to have to wait outside in a line for a long time before I get my food. That's just the way it is.
